Extrait De Parfum is the highest concentration of fragrance available — containing 20–25% pure perfume oils. This means richer depth, smoother projection, and significantly longer wear compared to Eau De Parfum or Eau De Toilette. Every Fragreto fragrance is crafted at this premium concentration.

2. How long does the fragrance last?

Our Extrait De Parfum formulations are engineered for 10–14 hours of longevity on skin, and even longer on fabrics. Performance may vary slightly depending on skin type, hydration, and climate — but rest assured, Fragreto fragrances are built to last from morning to night.

3. Is this perfume suitable for all skin types?

Absolutely. All Fragreto fragrances are IFRA certified, FDA approved, and dermatologically gentle. We use only premium imported oils that are safe for sensitive skin. That said, if you have known allergies to specific fragrance ingredients, we recommend checking the scent notes before purchasing.

4. Do you ship across India?

Yes — we deliver to every pin code across India. All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our warehouse, and standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. We also offer express shipping options at checkout.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your order in real time.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the intimate nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is incorrect, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for the fastest resolution.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can refuse delivery and we'll process a refund after the product is returned to our warehouse.

8. Are your perfumes unisex?

Many of our fragrances are designed to be worn by anyone — scent has no gender. Each product page mentions whether the fragrance leans masculine, feminine, or is truly unisex, so you can choose based on your personal preference.
